Mechanical Engineering

Overview

Mechanical Engineering is based on the term of “Mechanism”. The Mechanism gives the idea on which the law of Physics, Material Science, Environment Condition, and Mathematics are concerned in the design, production, manufacturing, and preservation. It's a four years long Undergraduate level degree program.

Mechanical engineering is a professional program which allows students to understand working with the Mechanisms of heavy tools and machines. The department applies idea of engineering, physics and cloth technology for the Design, Analysis, Manufacturing, and Maintenance of Mechanical Systems. The course covers technical areas like distribution of energy through turbines, transformers, transmission traces, lighting fixtures and wiring in houses. A course in mechanical engineering makes a student gain knowledge and enjoy in the Designing of Electrical Cars, Automobiles, Aircraft and Exclusive heavy cars. Mechanical engineering desires facts of software program used in technical work like computer-aided design and mathematical modeling.

Courses & Eligibility

The eligibility for pursuing Mechanical Engineering is to pass 12th with physics, chemistry, and maths as the main subjects. There is another option to get entrance to the IIT's is through JEE (Joint Entrance Exam).

The course in engineering from an IIT will cost about Rs. 2 lakhs. There are some of the scholarships, fee waivers, and loans available for individuals who are not able to fund the schooling.
