Presently, I am working with Nodal agency for Entrepreneurship development of government of chhattisgarh and one of Atal Incubation centers as Program Manager.Previously as an Entrepreneur,Worked in Training and development area.Owned Franchisee of IMS Learning resources at Raipur and Bhilai area. Delivered training to more than 300 graduate students for CAT/GRE/GMAT. Also, Started School based coaching CATALYST EDUCATION with partners. I worked for brief period with CG State cooperative marketing federation ( CG State Govt) as an Deputy Manager ( IT and MIS).I have also worked as an Assistant system engineer at Tata Consultancy Services .Handled Mainframe based sales system of USA based auto manufacturer client, also developed business process document for client.My responsibility also included to handle client service request and appoint it to respective team for service.I also took training session on business processes for new joinee in project.I worked around many teams under same project so got chance to develop team building experiances.
